Terms of Service

2TrackMeds.com is a personal medication and supplement tracking tool designed to help individuals and families organize medication information. The App allows users to store medication details, maintain a patient profile, and generate printable or shareable medication lists for personal use or to share with healthcare providers and caregivers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the App on behalf of another person (such as an elderly family member or care recipient), you represent that you have the authority to do so and agree to these Terms on their behalf.

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all medication information you enter into the App
• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• Any information you share from the App with third parties, including healthcare providers
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not entering false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Not attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the App or its infrastructure

Free Trial. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. One free trial per email address. The trial begins at account creation and cannot be restarted or extended. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Subscriptions. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Founding Member Pricing. The first 100 subscribers may lock in a reduced founding member rate. This rate is guaranteed for life as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted. Cancelling and resubscribing forfeits the founding member rate.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from the Subscription page within the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date.

Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of a paid subscription period.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email. Price changes do not affect founding member rates.

• Your use of or reliance on any information in the App
• Errors or omissions in medication information you or others have entered
• Missed medications or incorrect dosages resulting from App use or failure
• Unauthorized access to your data resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's availability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2TrackMeds.com and its owner(s), employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and code — are owned by 2TrackMeds.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Your medication data and personal information remain yours. We claim no ownership over the content you enter into the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. For paid subscribers, if we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused subscription period. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including limitation of liability and indemnification.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or a prominent notice within the App before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and may request a pro-rated refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Plano County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2TrackMeds.com regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
